This is designed to provide a durable, walking surface for high-use areas such as backyard recreation, parks, golf course roughs and athletic fields. It meets the criteria for Water Star certification for up to 30% reduced water usage. The Smart Seed Pro Athletic Field Mixture will tolerate extended periods of high temperatures and periods of drought with great color retention. The blend includes Tall Fescue (80%), Perennial Rye (10%) and Kentucky Blue (10%).
