Heather began her love of plants back in high school by studying the subject at the Trumbull Agri-science program. She continued with her love of the outdoors at UCONN and graduated with a degree in geosciences. After graduating, she began to work at Planters Choice Nursery. In her free time she enjoys reading, hiking, and gardening. Her favorite plant is Calluna vulgaris.
